How much is delivery?
Delivery fees vary depending on your event location and timings. Your delivery cost will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
Can I hire for a longer period of time?
Any hire extension requires prior approval from us, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Can I return the umbrellas a week after my event?
Yes, this is no problem at all, though this will need to be discussed and approved on booking confirmation.
Can I pick up and set up my own event?
Yes, you are able to collect the umbrellas, set and return to avoid a delivery fee.
Can the umbrellas and bases fit in my car?
Yes, all our umbrellas come in waterproof cases that are 1.1m long. Our bases are also easy to transport in any car.
Can I take the umbrellas down south?
Yes, this is no problem at all, though this will need to be discussed and approved on booking confirmation.
Depending on time of return an additional fee may be applied.
What if the weather changes and we are unable to use your umbrellas?
If the weather changes and you are unable to use your hired umbrellas we will offer a 15% discount to your next booking.
Unfortunately you will not receive a refund.
